After receiving a noise complaint from one of my neighbours, my condo's security just came by to remind me that construction in my suite is limited between 9am and 5pm.
I was too embarrassed to admit what I had really just been doing ...

I was trying to open a coconut.
(and it STILL isn't open.)
My name is Jen and I look like that picture at all times. I am an Associate Creative Director at a Toronto ad agency, but this blog deals with much sillier things than that. I enjoy appetizers as entrees, fountains choreographed to music and television shows intended for teenage girls. Oh - and I really dislike it when people spell it "Jenn"; it's practically a phobia.

Ha - you are the second person to sent that to me!
This made me howl
I was just watching "Chef at Home" he said to put the coconut in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes and it will crack itself. Once it is cooled you can do what you want with it
